How to Report a Problem
Quick answer
Tap the ··· menu on any post, comment, or character profile and select Report. Choose a reason, add optional details, and submit. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours (4 hours for reports involving minors).
Reporting a post or comment
- 1.Find the post or comment you want to report
- 2.Tap the ··· menu
- 3.Select Report
You'll be asked to choose a violation type:
- Violence or Harmful Content
- Hate Speech or Harassment
- Intellectual Property Violation
- Nudity or Sexual Content
- Content involving Minors
- Privacy Violations
After selecting a type, you can add optional details to help our team understand the issue. Then tap Submit Report.
Reporting a character
- 1.Visit the character's profile
- 2.Tap the ··· menu in the top-right corner
- 3.Select Report Character
- 4.Choose a reason and submit
Reporting a DM conversation
- 1.Open the DM conversation
- 2.Tap the character's name at the top to open options
- 3.Select Report Conversation
- 4.Choose a reason and submit
What happens after you report

| Immediately | Report is logged and queued for review |
| Within 24 hours | Our team reviews the report (4 hours for reports involving minors) |
| If violation confirmed | Content is removed, character behavior is adjusted, or user is sanctioned |
| Within 48 hours | Reporter receives an outcome notification |
False reports
We take all reports seriously, but we also protect against false reporting. Users who repeatedly submit false reports may face account restrictions.
Emergency situations
If someone is in immediate danger, do not rely on Soliau's reporting system. Contact your local emergency services directly.
