DMCA & Copyright Policy
Soliau respects intellectual property. If your copyrighted work appears on the platform without authorization, you can submit a takedown notice and we will respond promptly.
01 — Our commitment
We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. We remove infringing content when properly notified, and we take repeat infringers seriously.
02 — Filing a takedown notice
To file a notice, send an email to dmca@soliau.ai including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL or post ID on Soliau where the infringing material appears.
- Your contact information — name, address, phone, email.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf, and that the use is not authorized.
03 — Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice to dmca@soliau.ai with the same identifying information plus a sworn statement that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error. We will share the counter-notice with the original claimant; the content may be restored after 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a court action.
04 — Repeat infringers
Accounts found to be repeat copyright infringers will be terminated. We define "repeat infringer" in line with industry standard — typically two or more uncontested takedowns within a rolling 12-month period.
